The Diener School serves students K-5th grade who have learning disabilities, language delays, sensory processing disorder, attention challenges, social pragmatic issues and executive functioning delays. We serve 2nd -9th graders (through 12th by 2012) with average to gifted cognitive abilities who have PDD-NOS, Asperger’s Syndrome, NVLD, EV dysfunction and Pragmatic Language Disorder. MAP provides a college-prep curriculum with social learning curriculum, small classes, low student-teacher ratios, and integrated related services.

The Maryland Association of Nonpublic Special Education Facilities (MANSEF) is comprised of 98 nonpublic schools across Maryland approved by the Maryland State Dept. of Education. These schools provide specialized instruction for students with disabilities at no cost to the parent when referred by their local public school.
